Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional litson manok (roast chicken) by marinating, seasoning, and roasting according to standard recipes.
• Ensure that the chicken is cooked to perfection, maintaining quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen cleanliness, including sanitizing cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking or food preparation, particularly in grilling or roasting, preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of raw ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ensure consistent product quality.
