Responsibilities

The Litigation Technologist (e-Discovery Analyst) will:

Prepare recommendations and project plans for acquiring and implementing recommended solutions

Handle day-to-day technical management of client data from a data tracking perspective between platforms as well as loading into review databases and running productions post-attorney review

Set up attorney review processes from a technical perspective while coordinating with the case project manager and attorney teams

Define business and technical requirements for specific case matters and then develops and/or coordinates the development of specialized databases or programs

Assist with preparing manuals and instruction materials for training personnel in litigation tools and processes and provides training when appropriate, especially with vendor-provided tools
