Job Description:

• Research legal issues and writes briefs, memoranda or summaries for assigned legal matters, including gathering and compiling data and relevant fact,
• summarizing research, drafting, proofreading, and reviewing and finalizing documents.
• Analyzes legal and non-legal risks associated with various topics and advises teams and management concerning legal and practical issues affecting operations, under supervision of assigned attorney.
• Manages assigned legal projects, makes sound recommendations to legal team on project outcomes

Education Required

• Juris Doctor Degree or Doctor of Law Degree (J.D.)
