Downtown Jackson, MS Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time litigation Paralegal to support our client’s team of attorneys in insurance defense litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including discovery, case preparation, and trial support.

• Draft and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.

• Manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly organized, filed, and up to date.

• Conduct legal research and summarize case law, statutes, and other legal documents.
