We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our team specialized in debt collection. The role involves managing complex cases and collaborating with various business functions, operating with a high degree of autonomy from our Zurich – Wallisellen office.

Responsibilities

• Permanent position in a dynamic work environment, with salary conditions commensurate with experience.
• Workplace: Zurich – Wallisellen, with the possibility of partially working remotely (home office).
• An initial onboarding and training program of 3 months at the Lugano office is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of solid experience in debt collection management within the Swiss enforcement and judicial system (legal collection) is required.
