Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ – 5 Years PQE)Location: NantwichSalary: Competitive (DOE)
The Role
- General civil and commercial litigation
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery
- Landlord and tenant disputes
You will handle matters from instruction through to resolution, including settlement negotiations and court proceedings where required.
About You- Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 years PQE)
- Experience or strong interest in litigation / dispute resolution
- Confident managing a caseload or keen to take on responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines
