Robert Half Legal is partnering with an established midsize full-service law firm in Phoenix in search of a Litigation Attorney for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities

+ Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle

+ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

+ Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

+ Handle discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions

+ Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
