Our AmLaw 100 client is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation Group in their New York office. This role offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value complex and commercial disputes within a collaborative, high-performing litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of general commercial litigation matters
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert depositions
• Appear in New York State and federal courts on complex matters
• Support matters involving real estate and finance disputes (preferred exposure)

Qualifications:

• JD and admission to the New York Bar
• 5–7 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong experience in New York State and federal court practice
