RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as an integral member of an agile-organized team delivering Unix operational support and infrastructure projects
Follow up on client requests and incidents, acting as a trusted business partner with full transparency and accountability
Participate in Follow-the-Sun support, covering Europe and Asia
Propose innovative, scalable, and industrialized solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve overall team efficiency
Actively participate in enterprise-wide automation initiatives by collaborating with multiple feature teams
Manage activities in accordance with ITIL framework (Change Management, Incident/Request Management)
Onboard team operational routines and participate in planned overtime operations at least once per month
Work closely with the Bangalore-based Level 1 support team to continuously optimize service delivery
