Proven leadership abilitiesSafety of the crew, vessel, environment and towing operations through use of Ingram’s safety systems, policies and the “rules of the road”Supervision of the Mate and Deckhands in consultation with the Captain and Operations/HRVessel compliance with USCG and environmental laws and regulationsAssisting with performance evaluations of crew membersDelegating vessel responsibilities, duties, and tasks considering crew members experience and abilitiesAssisting with safety meetings and drillsBasic critical thinking and decision making skillsAssisting with administrative dutiesStrong interpersonal skills with all levels of the organizationPerforming other job duties as assignedQualifications
