About the role

As Line Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, leading your team to deliver daily targets while driving a culture of high performance, safety and continuous improvement. You’ll shape the daily plan with a focus on reducing losses and improving efficiency, making sure every shift runs smoothly and delivers Right First Time production.
