Qualifications

• Strong understanding of flavor development, seasoning, and proper cooking technique
• Professional kitchen presence with a high standard for cleanliness, organization, and execution
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Strong prep skills, station management, and attention to detail
