Mamaleh’s is hiring a Line Cook! The line cook is responsible for working a station as a member of a team. They will do prep, set up and break down a station, work service, and help clean the kitchen at the end of service.

The Line Cook position is divided into Line Cook 3, Line Cook 2 and Line Cook 1, with those in the Line Cook 3 and Line Cook 2 positions having the opportunity to advance through to the Line Cook 1 position.
