Play a critical role in shaping organisational strategy and decision-making at the highest levelEnsure financial resilience, integrity, and sustainability across the forceLead a modern, forward-looking finance and commercial functionDrive best value, commercial innovation, and strategic investment decisionsSupport the delivery of Lincs 2030, aligning resources to our future policing modelYou will act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Chief Constable and Chief Officer colleagues, in addition to maintaining an effective, cooperative and constructive working relationship with the Police & Crime Commissioner's (PCC's) Chief Finance Officer (CFO), to balance robust financial stewardship with ambition and innovation in the delivery of public services.
