As a Lifestyle Coordinator you will be:
Ensuring that all activities are entertaining, motivating and engaging for our residentsImplementing principles of Personal Life Stories to create a tailored approach to daily activitiesOffering opportunities that reflect residents past interests to increase their wellbeing and create new experiencesSpending time with residents to develop meaningful relationshipsHelping to plan and organise groups and one-to-one sessions in response to identified interests and requests About You
