About the Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Facilitator to join our 16–24 Study Programme provision at Coventry Adult Education. This is a full‑time, permanent position based at Adult Education, Southfields Old School, supporting the delivery and facilitation of face‑to‑face learning with small groups of young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside tutors and the Delivery Manager to support the delivery and facilitate engaging sessions for learners.
• Support programmes that develop key life skills, improve health and well‑being, and enable learners to participate in community life, leading to social integration, volunteering opportunities, and paid employment.
