Build, grow, and deepen relationships with independent agents and financial advisors through disciplined recruiting and business developmentIdentify and engage life insurance–friendly, forward‑leaning producers aligned with advanced planning strategiesPartner with advisors to position and implement life insurance solutions for their clientsServe as a consultative resource for planning concepts, case design, and strategy positioningLead advisor conversations with platforms, concepts, and solutions rather than product‑first discussionsMaintain a structured approach to pipeline management, activity tracking, and follow‑upCollaborate with internal teams to drive cases from concept through placementOperate with ownership and accountability in managing relationships, opportunities, and resultsRole Structure
