About the Role

Join our Life & Health (L&H) Underwriting and Claims Proposition Team! You will play an important role in the shaping and optimising of insurance propositions across life, disability, critical illness, and health products. The role ensures alignment between underwriting and claims strategies to deliver sustainable risk management, strong customer outcomes, and competitive solutions. It operates at the intersection of risk selection, product design, claims experience, and commercial performance.

You will support us in providing high quality data analysis input to both clients and the cross-functional team within SwissRe. Through great teamwork and collaboration, you will gain a deep understanding of the L&H reinsurance market, you will learn about our various products, how we assess underwriting/claims and how we provide automation solutions for clients.
