About the Role We are seeking a highly responsible and engaging Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests at our exclusive lodge pool area. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe environment while contributing to the overall high‑end guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of the swimming pool and immediate area to prevent accidents.
• Enforce all swimming pool policies, rules, and regulations clearly and courteously.
• Respond to emergencies swiftly and efficiently, performing water rescues and administering CPR/First Aid as required.
• Perform routine checks of pool chemical levels and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck, loungers, and surrounding areas.
• Assist with general guest service inquiries and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
