Position Summary

Thales Canada is looking for a Life Cycle and Materiel Manager (LCMM) - Combat Systems Specialist to support its non‑Combatant In‑Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy. The LCMM – Combat Systems Specialist is responsible for engineering support and technical oversight of navigation, communications, command and control, data processing, sensor and weapons systems on the Royal Canadian Navy platforms. Accountable to the Operational Support Manager and working directly with internal and external stakeholders, this role manages activities to establish and maintain configuration and design intent of the assigned systems and manage any changes through their end‑of‑life and divestment.
