The On-Site Licensed Therapist will provide in-person counseling and therapeutic services to patients, diagnosing and treating mental health and substance use disorders. The Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances, conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress, and ensure high-quality care. This is a fully onsite role requiring direct patient interaction. Licensed Therapists will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred!
