GENERAL FUNCTION

The Licensed Team Lead creates exceptional value for customers and patients by delivering superior customer service and managing key optical and lab processes to achieve store success.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

While working in Retail

• Provide unsurpassed Customer Service with the LensCrafters team
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and support sales associates
• Act as a responsible alternate store key holder

Under current and valid state Opticianry license provide:

• Expertise & product knowledge on lens choices based on patient vision needs and OD prescription
