The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality and safe delivery of home health services. Performs nursing acts supportive and complementary to the nursing practice.

HOURS: Occasional 0.01 FTE, Hours and Shifts as Needed

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through graduation of an approved practical nurse program and completed formal course of instruction in medication administration.

• One to two years’ medical/surgical experience necessary to enhance and develop skills, with one to two years of progressive home care experience beneficial....
