Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Expectations:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.

Caring for our residents includes delivering quality nursing care to residents, collecting resident data, making observations, reporting pertinent information to the care of patients, direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary.
