Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home health services throughout the Fredericksburg region , including Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Caroline County, King George County, Massaponax, and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
