Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health

Immediate opportunity in Everett WA. Territory: Snohomish County (mostly Everett and south)

Pay Rate:

• $44.00/hr - local candidate pay rate
• $13.00/hr + 31.00/hr. Combined travel rate (taxed and per diem)
• Mileage Reimbursement: $.49/mile for distance covered between patient homes

Work Schedule:

• 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours per week
• No weekends
• 13-week contract

Job Details:

• Administer skilled nursing care and education under the supervision of registered nurse for adult clients in their place of residence, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and provider.
