Librarian vacancy in Musaffah, UAE. This position is open to foreign applicants. Salary: 1600 AED per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage the library’s physical collection, including organizing, shelving, cataloguing, and indexing materials.
• Assist customers in locating materials and answer questions about library services and policies.
• Help customers use library systems and maintain records of circulation.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to library operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced degree in Library Science or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask and work independently.
• Aptitude for technology with an understanding of digital cataloguing systems.
