About the Role

We are looking for a Librarian who goes beyond managing books. This role is for a knowledge catalyst - someone who transforms the Library & Knowledge Resource Centre into a dynamic, student-facing learning hub. The ideal candidate will combine traditional library expertise with a forward-looking approach to digital literacy, academic support, and research facilitation, actively contributing to the academic mission of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

Library Operations & Resource Management

• Manage acquisition, cataloguing, classification, and circulation of print and digital resources in accordance with AICTE/DTE norms
• Maintain and update the library management system (LMS/OPAC) and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Oversee periodical subscriptions, reference collections, and institutional repositories
• Ensure compliance with library audit requirements and accreditation documentation (DTE, NBA, NA...
