The Role

You'll be supporting within a busy Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and develop confidence. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be expected to take initiative, support learning through play, contribute to continuous provision and work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team.

Start Date: Immediate (following successful trial)

Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Pay: £100 per day

Location: Cranford

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)


• Previous experience working within Nursery or Reception


• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework


• Confident supporting learning through play and child‑led activities


• Experience supporting children with SEND and EAL is desirable
