Job Description

We’re looking for a Leisure Attendant to assist the Sports Centre Manager in the smooth running of the centre, taking charge of the site on a daily basis, ensuring it provides excellent customer services and ensuring the safety of staff and customers. The Leisure Attendant will carry out daily tasks that can range from lifeguarding, general running of reception, membership administration, dealing with customers’ questions, cleaning, and first aid.

Responsibilities

• The Leisure Officer (LO) will assist the Sports Centre Manager in developing customer relationships, creating a quality customer experience within the centre.
• The LO will ensure the highest standard of customer care and service delivery is achieved within the centre, dealing with complaints and issues brought to them appropriately and working with the Sports Centre Manager to resolve any issues.
