**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in legal work within a law firm, government, or in-house legal department.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Qualified company secretary or paralegal with experience supporting a variety of corporate law or M&A matters.
+ Ability to systematically organize and understand numerous complex legal documents.
