Legal Specialist / Senior Legal Specialist (Commercial)

At Factorial we are looking for a new Legal Specialist to help us boost the company to the next level. Our legal team operates as a strategic engine. We believe that a world‑class legal department in 2026 must live at the intersection of law, data, and automation. This position is open to both Legal Specialist and Senior Legal Specialist levels. The final title and responsibilities will be calibrated based on your specific experience, technical depth, and proven track record.

The Role

• Strategic Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial terms and agreements with partners, clients, providers and other stakeholders. You don’t just mitigate risk; you find the “yes” that protects the company.
