The role supports the business by providing practical legal advice on supplier and vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
The position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement-related agreements, including supplier, service, outsourcing, and framework contracts, as well as supporting tendering and supplier selection processes. The In-House Lawyer will work closely with procurement, finance, compliance, and business teams, managing contractual risks related to liability, termination, intellectual property, confidentiality, and data protection, and supporting the full contract lifecycle.
