Position Overview
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) to join its New Jersey office. This role requires 3+ years of legal administrative experience supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas, including Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal support role
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, client-focused, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and InTapp required
• Experience with iManage and PowerPoint is a plus
