Position Overview
The role of Legal Officer - Corporate Commercial will include:
Supporting the Corporate Commercial and Regulatory in-house legal team in its delivery of high-quality proactive legal services in relation a wide array of areas including commercial, corporate and regulatory law in a variety of sectors
Managing a varied caseload of legal work supporting corporate, commercial and regulatory legal matters and queries and additional tasks supporting the wider team in delivery of our shared goals
Liaising with the Group's external legal advisors and working collaboratively with them on cross disciplinary projects and cases
Ensuring that legal services are delivered in a cost effective and efficient way
Manage the recruitment, performance management and development of quality staff to ensure required skilled staff available to fulfil contract specifications in line with customer expectations
