We are seeking an experienced Legal Officer (Property & Contracts) to join the Legal Services team at Elmbridge Borough Council.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional with strong experience in commercial property law and contracts, ideally within Local Government or a similar in-house legal environment. You will manage your own caseload while providing expert legal advice on property transactions, commercial contracts, estate management, and wider legal matters across the Council.
