We are seeking an experienced Legal Disrepair Surveyor with a strong understanding of housing disrepair legislation and building pathology.

The role will involve investigating disrepair claims, carrying out detailed property inspections, diagnosing defects, and preparing technical reports in relation to legal proceedings.
