As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
You independently review, draft and negotiate contracts of all kinds worldwide in cooperation with sales, finance, purchasing and specialist departments as a representative of the legal departmentYou advise and support executive management and business units in legal matters (except tax & labor law; construction law, insolvency law, corporate law) and present legal issues at board level and in management committeesYou represent the company's interests worldwide, conduct negotiations and legal proceedings and coordinate with external lawyersYou create and monitor guidelines and processes to promote business interests, minimize risks and optimize costs
