Legal Counsel, Switzerland (Maternity Cover)

This is a maternity cover position providing comprehensive legal support with a focus on Swiss employment and commercial law. The Legal Counsel will advise on regulatory matters, employment agreements, corporate governance, and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and redlining employment agreements, ensuring compliance with Swiss employment law requirements.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements.
• Advising on Swiss employment law matters including termination management, social services compliance, and CB audits.
• Assisting with the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, and supporting internal compliance efforts.
• Supporting the implementation of a new employee onboarding process within Switzerland.
