This role supports the Motion Business Area LATAM (Mexico, Central America & Caribbean) from Mexico.

Your Role: Own the Challenge Act as a Strategic Business Partner : Provide legal support to the Motion Business in the region, maintaining independence while aligning with business goals and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, HR, EHS, and supply chain. Contract Management and Negotiation : Develop contract strategies, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with ABB policies and risk management practices, including coordination with the integral supply team for subcontract terms.
