Position Overview
- Provide legal advice and support for cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and strategic investment transactions.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders on transaction structuring, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, while offering constructive challenge on the commercial viability of projects.
- Coordinate legal and compliance due diligence processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Support post-acquisition integration activities, corporate secretarial matters, corporate advisory work, and regulatory filings, including competition law compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal and commercial agreements.
- Assist with compliance-related matters, including advisory work, training initiatives, third‑party due diligence, sanctions screening, and internal investigations.
