The Competition and Antitrust Team provides competition/antitrust and maritime regulatory support across the MSC Group in a complex and fast‑evolving global environment. Your role involves advising business teams and stakeholders on regulatory risks, transactions, investigations and compliance matters, while working closely with internal partners and external counsel worldwide.

• Provide competition/antitrust support to M&A and other transactions across the MSC Group, including merger control assessment, strategy and filings where relevant.
