w We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring that our global operations remain legally compliant, commercially protected, and administratively sound. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in international business law with the governance responsibilities of a Company Secretary, while also spearheading our global debt recovery and legal notice functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Debt Recovery & Legal Notices
Draft, review, and dispatch legal notices, demand letters, and payment recovery communications to clients and workspace partners globally who have defaulted on payment obligations.
Manage and track all outstanding payment disputes, escalation timelines, and follow-up actions across jurisdictions (US, UK, India, Singapore, Australia, Netherlands, Canada).
