Roles and Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY
Lead and manage all litigation processes initiated by the organization against clients
and vice-versa Consumer, Criminal, Civil, Section Cheque bounce, Section 9
arbitration/reconciliation, winding up petition, appeals etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely Filing and Handling cases u/s. of Act, Service of notice,
summons, B/w,Service of NBW through police authority.
Drafting & reply Notices.
Against cases management.
of arbitration and conciliation act for appointment of receiver for
repossession of asset in chronicle cases.
Conducting Lok adalats.
Executions.
Handling Matters filed U/s of Arbitration and Conciliation act; Initiate
arbitration.
Proceeding in non- litigated contracts.
Sending notices and reply notices, Preparation and vetting of Say/WS; Filing
cases
And handling cases of U/s (3), CRPC.
