National law firm has an immediate opening for a skilled and experienced legal assistant in civil litigation in its Orlando office. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction defect with support for 3 or more attorneys or a case load of at least 100 cases. Must be able to schedule hearings, depositions, CMEs and mediations, calendaring experience a must. This position is hybrid and will require you to come into the office. Therefore, you must live in the greater Orlando area - no exceptions.

Skills and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:

• e-filing experience in Florida, both State and Federal court
• Familiar with civil, arbitration procedures/filings
• Maintain attorneys calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, depositions, mediations, teleconferences, and travel
