Position Overview


  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to 2 Partners and several Associates

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple time zones

  • Prepare, edit and format legal documents, presentations and correspondence

  • Ensure accurate filing and document management in line with firm procedures

  • Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism

  • Assist with billing processes, expense reports and time entry follow-up

  • Support with business development activities, including pitch documents and client presentations

  • Anticipate needs, handle priorities and contribute to the smooth running of the team






  • Proven experience as an Assistant (Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant), ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
