We are currently looking for a proactive professional with an interest in the legal sector to fulfill a crucial role in our support staff within our Residential Property team. Based in Cheltenham and reporting to our joint Head of Team.

The Legal Assistant role objective is to provide in‑depth business support to the fee earners within the team, including the following responsibilities:

• Drafting and formatting letters, documents, and forms such as sale contracts and exchange and completion letters.
• Conduct searches (Local Authority, Land Registry, Insolvency, Compliance Regulation).
• Be the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team’s needs where possible.
