The Legal Analyst will monitor, review, evaluate and manage ongoing legal tasks and communicate key findings and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders, largely in connection with the enterprise’s real estate litigation docket. The Legal Analyst will participate in project teams for complex legal area initiatives and oversee certain litigation reporting for the enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on day-to-day performance of litigation and enforcement related activities; supports management of team workload including engagement on all levels of cases and escalated disputes, including highly complex initiatives and/or matters of greatest impact to the business or team.
