Legal Administrative Assistant - Dilbeek

Position Overview

As Legal Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:


  • General support to the legal team (reviewing contracts, documents, redaction...)

  • Creating access to the contract/document signature platforms for all employees

  • Update/general use of the legal platforms & giving related trainings to all newcomers

  • Review internal legal processes & update manuals

  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents



  • You have at least 1 years experience or more in administration in a legal sector/division or a bachelor in law

  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch

  • You are autonomous, proactive and detail oriented

  • You are a team player and have good communication skills
