The International Hotel School Cape Town Campus is searching for a Patisserie Lecturer. The purpose of this role is to teach and share your passion for the culinary industry with eager young students; helping them grow individually, and ultimately playing a role in their career paths and success in life. • Conduct theory lectures and kitchen pastry practical sessions
  
• Ensure a pass rate of 85% and throughput rate of 90% is achieved
